Holy Trinity School Cookham Baby Shark world record attempt

On Saturday 6th July, I went to my local school, Holy Trinity in Cookham who were attempting to break a new world record for the biggest ‘Baby Shark’. If you know me you will know this is right up my street and I'm not talking about the location of the school.

The Guinness World Records has a strict procedure to ensure the record attempt was done properly. Everyone who was taking part was given a number to wear, in an enclosed area, fenced off in sections. Each area had an a adjudicator who was watching to make sure 'the dance' was done correctly.

The current record is 294 and Holy Trinity had 350, but we will have to wait to find out if the record was officially broken.

CBBC and Countryfile presenter Naomi Wilkinson lead the group and I managed to catch up with her for an interview afterwards.

If you listen to Marlow FM Breakfast show this Thursday you can hear the interview and how we did at the Baby Shark Dance.
